Worship and Ministry

Worship Services are held Sundays at 10:30 a.m. from the Sunday after Labor Day until Mid-June. Services include music, readings, and a sermon by a minister, Religious Education leader, guest speaker or a member of the congregation. Our readings and sermons draw from Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu and Buddhist spiritual writings, literature and poetry.  During the summer, congregation-led services are held in the parish hall.

After services, coffee and refreshments are served in the parish hall. Newcomers are especially welcome and are encouraged to come and ask questions.

We are a Welcoming Congregation. All are welcome without regard to age, gender, sexual orientation, race, disability, or other class of exclusion. Our building is not yet completely wheelchair accessible, but we are working toward that goal.

Deciding where and with whom to worship is a profoundly personal decision. We hope that you will consider joining us for an event or Sunday service. If you cannot join us in person, consider reviewing our Unitarian Universalist principles and belief, following us on Facebook or joining our email list

As a free fellowship of this historic church,
We unite to lift our hearts and open our minds to a larger reality,
To accept, support, and encourage one another,
To seek the wisdom in all religions,
To cherish and sustain the web of life,
And to strive for Justice, Compassion, and Peace.
Reverend Rebecca Froom is our new Minister at UFPC!
